Hej alla jojo-bantare!
Nu är det min tur att lägga upp före -och efterbilder av min lekamen. Det trodde ni aldrig om mig va? Jag har alltså gått ner i vikt genom att göra det enda som funkar och håller i längden: Gjort av med fler kalorier än vad jag har stoppat i mig. Logiskt och självklart. Ingen LCHF, GI, 5:2-metod, pulverdiet, soppdiet eller annat tjafs här inte.
Många människor letar ständigt efter genvägar för att kunna gå ner i vikt. Allt för att slippa träna och anstränga sig fysiskt. Helst ska det gå att ligga framför en tv-serie som visas på HBO och samtidigt rasa i vikt. Helst. Där vill de ligga och bli malnutrerade och katabola. Facebooka och instagramma om hur bra deras nya diet är. Om hur bra det går för dem. Men egentligen ligger de där, med en iPhone och en värdelös diet, och vill bara möla i sig lösviktsgodis från Karamelkungen. 1,5 liter Coca cola på det också. Det kan man göra. Om man tränar också. Och kanske äter kvarg. Mycket kvarg. Helst 500g om dagen. #kvarg
Jag avskyr att träna. Det är bland det värsta jag vet, och vad jag också vet är att jag inte är ensam om att tycka så. Men jag tränar i alla fall. För att jag behöver det. Och det går jättebra att träna även fast jag inte, varje dag, lägger upp en bild på mig själv iförd träningskläder på sociala medier och hashtaggar vedervärdigt positiva saker under den. Skriv som det är istället. Sanningen är sann. Och dövacker.

Ni kanske inte anser att jag har något att säga eller tycka till om angående viktminskning och träning. Det kanske är sant, vad vet jag. Men en sak vet jag och det är att allt är logiskt. ALLT! Logiken återkommer i livet och det är den som har hjälpt mig att tappa 10 kilogram på lite mindre än ett år.
